The Washington Times made one of the hugest mistakes that a newspaper or any other publication can make.  The newspaper ran a story headlined as “36 Chicago Area Students Killed Sets Record.”  Well, the story’s headline had the picture of the President’s children, seemingly, headed to school above it.  The two had nothing to do with the other. Susan B. Anthony middle school in Queens, NY

The swine flu is back with a vengeance in the Queens, NY area.  The first time the sickness hit the New York area was late April in a Catholic school that had a class return from a visit to Mexico.

Bloomberg is closing three schools that total more than 4,000 students because “there are an unusually high level of flulike illnesses at those schools”, said the report. (more…)

Joyce S. Johnson, former President and CEO of Black Equity Alliance

The non-profit Black Equity Alliance (BEA) has ousted its own CEO and President, Joyce Johnson, over allegations of race.  Sound interesting?  It is.  Ms. Johnson is saying she was fired from the “Black” organization because she endorsed very white Michael Bloomberg. 

Bloomberg is New York’s present mayor who is seeking to win a third term in November.  She endorsed him back (more…)

Scientists have come forward with conclusive evidence that Africans are not only the oldest people on the planet,  but they are adventurous and bold as well. 

The story reports that while it was Africans who made the trek, to make the DNA go round, it was a trek indeed.  “”There seems to have been a huge amount of luck involved as they were totally at the whim of the climate. The climate changed at just the right time to allow them to expand out of Africa and they were allowed to expand geographically as a result, but when the climate changed they shrank back again,” according to an anatomist, Dr Alice Roberts, included in the story.

The information reminds me of a book called Dark Mother, published in 2001 and written by Dr. Lucia C.  Birnbaum.  She has been talking about this information for some time as you can see.  Now she is backed by the scientific community.

President Obama delivers commencement speech at Arizona State University

On RushmoreDrive.com, blogger Nsenga Burton is pointing out that President Barack Obama is under fire for cutting 85 million dollars in “extra” funding from Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs).

It seems Obama’s education budget included major spending increases, but didn’t include an extra $85 million that black institutions have received annually for the past two years because of a 2007 change to the student loan laws. (more…)
