*A vegan chef, author and motivational speaker who gained notoriety after he claimed he lost tons of weight by altering his diet was arrested for the Christmas Day murders of his estranged wife and their two children.
Milan Ross, 45, allegedly shot dead 38-year-old Iris Ross, Nigel, 11, and Anora, 10 months, on Monday.
Shockingly, Ross did the brazen act of posting a video on Facebook; where he was singing Santa Claus is coming to town with his son, Nigel. This is said to have been recorded only 90 minutes prior to the slaughter. Looking at the video you’re sure to think to yourself: “He must have snapped. Look at them. There is no way this man could’ve known he was going to kill this adorable young boy.”
Ross locked himself in at the location where the killings took place. Originally, police thought he lived elsewhere; but records show the location as his latest address.
According to Yahoo News:
Responding to a report of gunfire, police arrived at a block of flats in Phoenix, Arizona, and found the body of Ms. Ross outside. They later found the children?s bodies inside the apartment where their father had barricaded himself.
According to Sgt Jonathan Howard, officers attempted to talk to Ross while he was inside the unit, but the man started shooting at them. Several hours later, Ross indicated he had killed the two children. After a brief gunfight, he was taken into custody.
“I received a text yesterday around 2pm my time, Mary Wogas, Iris Ross? sister, told ABC15. Two messages, first one saying ?I just killed Iris and the kids?. The second message was ?with a gun?.”
?I knew that man was very unstable,” Wogas continued. “I knew he had a very, very dark side. I didn?t know it was this dark.?
No motive was given for the shooting. Ross, who was not harmed at all, is due to appear in court on January 3.
