Well one teacher in Brazil has surely touched the heart of a little girl’s family, the folks that read about her bravo act of support and took it viral, and the little girl who now calls her hero.
When teacher Ana B?rbara Ferreira from S?o Paulo, Brazil learned that one of her students was being bullied because of the natural hairstyle she wore, she knew she had to do something beyond giving lip service.
The BBC had reported that a little boy called the girl’s hair “ugly,” and although she tried, Ferreira knew that no amount of encouraging words would do.
Instead, she came into school the very next day, rocking the same hairstyle as her student.
?When she saw me, she came running to hug me and say that I was beautiful, and I told her: ?Today I?m beautiful like you!’? Ferreira captioned the image she posted of the two of them on social media.
