*They say life imitates art. ?Sometimes, it’s the other way around.

A western drama TV series called “Trackdown,” ran from 1957 to 1959. ?One of the series’ episodes, entitled “End of the World,” featured a con man named Walter Trump who told everyone that he could prevent the world from ending by…

wait for it…

building a wall.

For real. ?

While OUR Trump wants to keep all of the raping, murdering Mexicans out of the country, the fictional Walter Trump’s wall was envisioned as the ultimate protector from a “cosmic explosion.”

Hilariously, the similarities don’t end there. ? OUR Trump and THAT Trump had similar speaking patterns. ?Check out this snippet of dialogue from the 1958 episode, and see if you agree:

Walter Trump: ?I am the only one. ?Trust me. ?I can build a wall around your homes that nothing will penetrate.

Person in the crowd: ?What do we do? ?How can we save ourselves?

Walter Trump: ?You ask how do you build that wall. ?You ask, and I’m here to tell you.

Walter AND Donald J. Trump: ?the self-appointed saviors of the world.

The TV Trump also threatens to sue the Texas Ranger for speaking ill of him. ?Sound familiar?

A spokesperson for Chicago network MeTV, which air’s “Trackdown” ?reruns, confirmed the authenticity of reports on the episode, and gave a spoiler on “End of the World”: ?Walter Trump dies at the hands of the Texas Ranger.

Hillary, don’t even THINK about it! ?He may be nuts, but he’s the President of the United States, for the love of God! ?Put that rifle down!

The Donald would have been about 10 years old when that “End of the World” episode initially aired. ?When I was that age, I used to a sheet from my baby sister’s crib, tie it around my neck, and run around pretending I was flying, like Superman in the George Reeves TV series from the same era. ?I wonder whether Trump watched “End of the World” when HE was a kid, and subliminally said “Hmmm…a wall! ?That ain’t a bad idea!” ?
