*Tradition be gone!

That’s what 12-year-old  prince Moulay Hassan of Morocco displayed as he tended to his royal obligations. Dressed oh-so-smart in a royal blue jacket and gray pants, with a burgundy necktie, the prince totally looked and walked the part.

What a handsome young man!

But there was one thing this young dignitary was not going to participate in: The tradition of allowing male dignitaries to kiss his hand.

In the hilarious video below that was first published in 2013, and garnered 2 million views on Youtube, we see the prince bowing and walking the line of dignitaries; who bow in return and attempt to kiss his hand.

After it becomes clear the prince is uncomfortable with these attempts, and snatches his hand away when he sees lips going in for the dreaded moment; the men begin to shake his hand instead.

So funny.

I hope they recognize this sign of a true future leader. He knows what he wants, and in this case, what he doesn’t want. And apparently cares not what anyone thinks about it.

Watch the video below and let us know what you think.

I’m cracking up!
