Man Who Played ‘Knockout’ Game on Elderly Black Man Sentenced (Watch)

*The cowardly piece of dog crap who got his kicks nearly two years ago, when he intentionally sought out a 79-year-old black man, and viciously punched him in the face as part of a racially-motivated “Knockout” game has finally been served some justice.

According to the New York Daily NewsConrad Alvin Barrett , a white man who was 27-years-old when he committed the act, was sentenced to nearly 6 years in prison last week.

Though the incident occurred in November 2013 , according to the video report below, victim Roy Coleman still feels threatened.

According to the complaint, Barrett commented on video that “the plan is to see if I were to hit a black person, would this be nationally televised?”

The complaint also alleges Barrett claims he would not hit “defenseless people,” yet he punched an innocent, elderly man in the face so forcefully, the man immediately fell to the ground.

Barrett then laughed and said “knockout,” as he ran to his vehicle and took off, according to allegations.

The complaint indicates Coleman suffered two jaw fractures and was hospitalized for several days as a result of the attack.

And Barrett was so proud of the footage, he bragged about it in a bar…but to the wrong person, an off-duty cop with a conscience.

Barrett was charged with a hate crime a month later.  His attorney has attempted to argue that Barrett is on prescribed meds for a bipolar diagnosis. He also states his client had been under the influence of alcohol when he committed the horrible crime.

The judge wasn’t interested and sentenced Barrett to 71 months in prison last week.

According to Coleman’s attorney, O’Neill Williams, his client is satisfied with the ruling but says more needs to be done. “We’re very, very happy about it. Some justice happened today but we still need some justice on the civil side.”

Williams says there was no mistaking, by the suspect, of who he was going to attack (“a black person”). And he easily recognized that his intended victim was elderly…and was not deterred. Williams reiterates that the “suspect used race as a criteria for picking out who he was going to attack.”

Upon his release from prison, Barrett will be required to pay a $2,000 restitution fee and will be supervised by officials for three years.
