A Linden high School Defensive Lineman is in hot water for playing dirty. And its not like he can say he wasn’t because he was caught on video doing so.
The New Jersey high school player was seen pulling the helmet off of a blocker on the opposing team, and then while the player was on his hands and knees the Lineman knocked him upside the head with the helmet and walked away.
The bewildered player just got up and threw his hands in the air.
If you’re going to get that angry during a game of football maybe you shouldn’t play.
Though the Linden High School student was not pulled from the game against Immaculata High School in Linden Friday, he was penalized for unsportsmanlike behavior after the second-quarter running play according to MyCentralJersey.com.
The Immaculata offensive lineman received 10 stitches and was treated for a deep bruise at a hospital and released, the school’s athletic director Tom Gambino told the outlet.
