Authorities told the website that Corcoran allegedly injected heroin into her daughter.
The little girl told her father and stepmother about it. And the authorities subsequently learned of it last June. Now the child is in their custody, according to WCPO TV.
Corcoran and Willingham could both face life sentences if convicted, according to Hamilton County Prosecutor Joe Deters. He told Fox19.com the case is “exhibit A for how devastating heroin is to our communities.”
