*Don’t look too bad on the outside, huh? With the price of real estate sky-rocketing all over the place, you may want to seriously consider taking this man up on his offer to swap his decrepit house in Detroit for an iPhone 6.
The house has three bedrooms, a basement and garden. But as you can imagine, its in pretty bad shape. For starters, it has no front door and broken windows.
The house has been on the market in the bankrupt city, but so far nobody has come forward to buy.
Going from an initial asking price of $5,000 to the reduced price of $3,000, real estate agent Larry Else tells Fox news his client is willing to give it to you for the latest version of the iPhone.
“My client is overseas and he told me he would be willing to trade the property for an iPhone 6. It sounds to me like he wants the (iPhone 6 Plus) version, but I think he’s willing to negotiate,” Else concludes.
Oh, and as you can guess, the place comes with some additional baggage – beyond it being a total wreck inside, you’d have to break $6,000 off to the IRS for back taxes before you can call it yours.
