*Homie definitely wants a sale. You’ve heard the cliche, “put your money where your mouth is” right? But as much as we may say it, rarely do we expect people to actually do it.
Which is why we’ve got to give credit where credit is due when someone actually does. Ravi Dalchand has proven that he walks the walk…that he talks. As the brand manager for Bissell vacuum cleaners’ newest product; he demonstrates his belief in the product by eating off of the grimy subway floor that he vacuumed!
All I can say is E. U!
Dalchand used his Bissell Symphony vacuum, which claims to kill 99.9 percent of germs and bacteria, on the surface of a Toronto subway platform before dropping his meal of sticky pasta and chowing down on it – being sure to prep himself with a napkin so he wouldn’t spill any on his nice suit.
This guy is a marketers dream, yes?
The grossed-out crowd quickly made their own point known, as you will see in the video below.
The brave senior brand manager at Bissell Canada did the stunt as he ‘100 per cent stands by this product’.
While we have no idea if he survived after this stunt (its not like we went home with him as he barfed his brains out in the toilet from the dirt), we still applaud the lengths he was willing to go to demonstrate his product.
