*Oh boy, what is this world coming to? It appears some seniors are foregoing the wisdom they’ve developed and giving in to the urge to kick some ass.
It happened at the salad bar at the Golden Corral in Wilkesboro, N.C. around 3:45 p.m. on Tuesday. There, a senior citizen was taken to jail and charged with two counts of assault and battery after she allegedly started a food fight.
According to Wilkesboro police, 64-year-old Polly Richards instigated a fight with 69-year-old Linwood Moore after he cut ahead of her in line to pay while she was preoccupied with getting a drink.
And it gets worse…
Richards was seen cursing at Moore and shoved him against the wall after grabbing his shirt. At some point during the altercation, she also slapped Moore in the face.
During the incident, Richards also allegedly threw a plate that missed her target, but cracked 62-year-old Fay Cardwell in the leg and caused swelling on her shin and knee.
While Richards was being placed under arrest, she told police, “Just take me to the [F-word] jail then,” according to WITN.
She was jailed on a $1,500 secured bond.
