The criminals we reported on Wednesday, that broke out of a high-rise jail in Chicago are still on the loose. The daring escape was successfully carried out by the two using bed sheets to lower themselves down out of a window.
But now, the Spidey-like criminals, Kenneth Conley, 38, and Joseph Banks, 37, also known as the “Second Hand Bandit”, have had a price placed on their heads by the FBI. The reward is $50,000 for information leading to their arrest, according to the Huffington Post:
“As of Wednesday morning, the FBI had no developments on the fugitives, according to the [Chicago] Tribune. “Unfortunately, we don’t have any new news,” said FBI spokeswoman Joan Hyde. “Our focus is still primarily on the Chicago metropolitan area.”
In this recession, it won’t be long before these two are nabbed with that kind of money on the line. The guys who let them use their sheets are probably trying to remember every little detail they discussed with them now. There’s no honor among thieves anymore.
