The NBA gets new Christmas uniforms in the new commercial Big Color.
The Thanksgiving holiday is upon us, but we know what that means for retailers…let’s get ready for Christmas! (Some retailers are already preparing for Easter with spring clothes hitting the racks.) The NBA is joining in the jump on the holidays with a little something different this year.
Starting today, the ads “Big Color” will begin on NBA.com, NBA social media, and on broadcast partners ABC, ESPN, NBA TV, and TNT, according to Men’s Fitness.com. The commercial features the Lakers’ Dwight Howard, the Knicks’ Carmelo Anthony, newcomer the Brooklyn Nets’ Joe Johnson, Oklahoma City Thunder’s Russell Westbrook, and the Heat’s Dwyane Wade, bouncing their basketballs to create their rendition of the “Carol of the Bells”.
They’re decked out in the new uniforms they will wear for the Christmas games, thus the “Big Color”. Check it out today and get a quick peek below. What do you think of the Christmas uniforms? Festive enough or should they just get back to work? I mean, come on! The Lakers in all white?!
