There are all types of abuse that should tell a woman or man to get away from that person because sooner than later, that person will, in some way, do them harm. But what happens when you’ve managed to get away from the fool, but you have children together and some sort of association must be maintained?
This is what disturbs many women and sometimes alters their decision to leave. A 34-year-old woman in West Palm Beach, Florida, was waiting in her silver Mercedes to do the normal exchange between herselfand her ex-husband, 54-year-old Roosevelt Mondesir, of their 4-year-old son at a 7-Eleven when showed up in a Jaguar without the child, according to Huffington Post.
The meeting immediately became threatening then physical. The woman ran from him as he chased her with a big knife to the door of the convenience store. He was able to grab her and drag her from view of the store camera, but when she returns to view she is running with flames encompassing her body.
The horrific incident is reminiscent of Yvette Cade who was burned on her job by her estranged husband, Roger Hargrave, October 10, 2005. He doused her with gasoline and she ran out of the store not realizing that the fluid he doused her with was gasoline. He caught up to her and set her on fire.
Mondesir was arrested several hours later near the 7-Eleven and is being charged with attempted first degree murder. Thank God! Be aware that the video is from the 7-Eleven cams and meabelow is graphic and may be disturbing for some.
