Greek Politician Goes Ballistic Fighting Female Opponent on Live TV (Video)

Greek politician Liana Kanelli was smacked repeatedly by Ilias Kasidiaris, a member of the far-right Golden Dawn party on live television Thursday, June 7, 2012.

The political climate is heating up in America as Mitt Romney and President Obama ramp up campaigns for the 2013 presidency.  There have been attacks from both sides to the other’s camp, but their campaigns pale in comparison to the furor happening in debates in other places in the world during campaign season.

Thursday, Greek politicians met for a debate on live television when all hell broke loose between a Greek member of parliament for the neo-Nazi Golden Dawn party Ilias Kasidiaris and his opponents. One of the Greek politicians, Rena Dourou from the left’s Syriaza party, brought up Kasidiaris’s past and he went nuts!

According to the Guardian, Dourou brought up Kasidiaris’s alleged involvement in an armed robbery in 2007, and, while it was all in Greek, he said:

“How you gon’ bring up my business like that in public?  What’s wrong with you?” (completely loosely translated) And then he threw his glass of water in her face.

But her homegirl, Liana Kanelli from the communist KKE party said:

“Oh hell no!” (again loosely translated) And she took a swipe at him to which he SMACKED BACK!

A warrant has been issued for Kasidiaris’s arrest after he repeatedly smacked Kanelli. Check them out! Politicians gone wild!

  1. What a dog, a complete coward, no man should ever strike a woman. Looks like a leopard doesn’t change its spots; if they’re are criminals before becoming politicians – imagine how much worse they become when they enter politics…
