Are You Serious?, education, What's Up

Vanguard High School in Ocala, Florida, is a showing themselves as an exceptional educational haven with Malak Fakhoury and Mohammed (MJ) Kassimbah as Mr and Miss VHS along with 25 valedictorians for the 2012 graduating class all with 5.0 GPA's.

We have always heard in nearly every graduation speech that education is key.  Some people take that statement more seriously than others.  The normal graduating class consists of students, students with honors and the honor student with the “mostest”, the valedictorian.  But this year, one high school will have a real dilemma in choosing the valedictorian.

It appears that Vanguard High School in Ocala, Florida, has done a supreme job of educating its seniors.  The school has produced 25 valedictorians for the 2012 graduating class with 5.0 GPA’s, according to the Miami Herald.  It will sound like an orchestra playing if all of them are chosen to make the graduation speech.

The school couldn’t possibly do that, so they are having the students participate in a sort of “write-off.”  They are all submitting speeches to be judged by a committe, so they can choose a valedictorian to deliver the graduation speech.

Check out the story.  This year’s graduating classes throughout America have some of the best and brightest ever.
