No one likes to think about the fragile time of pregnancy. Most women don’t give a second thought to all the precautions that some doctors alert them to during pregnancy. Unless there is some pre-existing condition, most young vibrant mothers get along through their day just fine. But, one woman was not as fortunate.
A 26-year old Michigan woman, Christine Bolden, was a mother of a three-year old and awaiting the birth of her twin boys. But, she had two aneurysms that would devastate her family with her death, but also give them hope with the delivery of her baby boys, Alexander and Nicholas, several weeks after she was declared brain dead, according to Muskegon, Michigan’s local NBC affiliate, channel 8.
See the report below. God bless the Bolden family. Bolden’s family has set up an account at 5/3 Bank in Christine Bolden’s name for anyone who would like to help out the family.

Dear Bolden Family:
Blessed are those who mourn, for they shall be comforted.
The Lord is near to the brokenhearted and saves the crushed in spirit. So also you have sorrow now, but I will see you again, and your hearts will rejoice, and no one will take your joy from you. For though I am absent in body, yet I am with you in spirit, rejoicing to see your good order and the firmness of your faith in Christ. ~Words from the Father

There is a difference between being “dead” and being “brain dead”. The body is still functioning, the heart still beating, so technically she didn’t give birth after being “dead” for two weeks. The sensational headline leads one to believe a live birth came from a corpse, which is incorrect.
