Are you one of the many people who are tired of seeing young and older men (who should know better) wearing their pants below the tail bone with ugly, sometimes dirty, underwear showing? There are so many guys that think there should be a movement in support of this not-so-smart looking fashion choice as an accepted “right” in society. But nothing but the opposite has sprung up around the country in condemnation of this abominable choice to display their rear end.
Circuit Judge John Bush of Alabama’s Autauga County had LaMarcus D. Ramsey, 20, in his court to enter a plea on a charge of accepting stolen goods. Judge Bush saw Ramsey’s pants sagging and was outraged. He thought that it was disrespectful to the court and he immediately issued three days in jail for what he considered contempt of court.
The judge told the Washington Post:
“To me it’s not any different than if someone stood up in court and started cussing everybody out,” Bush said. “It’s disrespectful conduct and I think as judges we’re expected to at least have some degree of control and respect for the courtroom the people have given us charge of.”
Do you think the judge came down too hard or should he have given him a least 30 days to think about how he should dress when coming to court or simply out in public?

As a young man I can admit at times it is tacky but its no more or less tacky than other styles an trends. t’s one thing not to like something but to tell others what they can and can’t wear is taking it somewhere else.
