Entire Michael Jackson Catalogue ‘Hacked’ from Sony

It seems that no one is immune to security breaches this day.  Major divisions of the government have been hacked and every major company and bank it seems has been breached as well.  But now, we’re talking a major travesty.  Someone has gone behind the golden doors and made off with the King of Pop’s music!

According to the Huffington Post, someone has hacked Sony and made off with all of Michael Jackson’s catalogue, including an unreleased collaboration with Will.i.am.  Sony hasn’t released a statement as of yet, but they paid $250 million for the catalogue back in 2010 to the Jackson estate.

At the time of the report, 50,000 titles were compromised in one of the biggest digital download hauls of all time.  Read more here about the heist.

  1. May I simply just say what a comfort to discover somebody that actually knows what they’re talking about on the web. You actually understand how to bring a problem to light and make it important. A lot more people need to read this and understand this side of your story. It’s surprising you are not more popular since you most certainly have the gift.

  2. Next time I read a blog, Hopefully it does not fail me just as much as this one. After all, I know it was my choice to read, however I truly thought you would have something helpful to say. All I hear is a bunch of crying about something that you can fix if you weren’t too busy searching for attention.
