In case we weren’t getting enough of reality through our own reality, reality TV has elbowed its way into our country’s publications. The recent addition of the new magazine has none other than the queen of reality at the helm of its west coast division…Omarosa!
We all came to know Omarosa Manigault-Stallworth in the first episode of Donald Trump’s Apprentice. But since the show launched her reality career and made her a household name, she now boasts involvement with over 20 reality shows, according to the Huffington Post.
She will serve as West Coast Editor of the new weekly magazine called none other than “Reality Weekly” magazine. (Someone put a lot of thought into that title.) The publication’s Editor-in-Chief Richard Spencer had more than enough confidence that Omarosa, with all of her experience, was just what he needed in an editor for the magazine.
“In my mind, Omarosa is the first star of reality TV,” he wrote in a press release. “She captivated a nation with her tough, yet vulnerable persona on ‘The Apprentice’ and has strengthened her resume with impressive media experience that even Donald Trump would be proud of. Simply put, Omarosa, ‘You’re hired!'”
Omarosa also feels it’s a no-brainer with a bachelor’s degree in Journalism combined with her experience and writing skill. The magazine will profile reality stars mainly and presumably keep us abreast on what’s going on in reality. Sheesh! Seems like a little too much reality for me. Read the full report here.
