Back in September, we reported a story out of Queens, Ny., where eight children were abducted from foster care by their abusive parents. The center where the children were being visited by their mother, still cannot understand how all eight children were removed from the facility during the visit.
According to the Associated Press, the family was found together in a parked van in Harrisburg, Pa. All of the children, seven boys and one girl, were in good condition and were taken back to New York for medical treatment if any trauma was experienced during the abduction. Their parents, Nephra Payne, 34, and Shanel Nadel, 28, have been taken into custody. The father collapsed when they were arrested and is medical custody. The mother is being held on $200,000 bond.
