Do you remember Khalid Abdul Muhammad? He was supposed to be a spokesperson for the Nation of Islam, but at times he was more than Farrakhan bargained for in his speeches that became more oriented to hate rather than pro-black. Well, there’s a new guy on the scene that is supporting Herman Cain in his run for president and he’s reminiscent of Muhammad. The only difference is that he’s pro-Republican over Democrat and he makes it known in a recent rant at a tea party rally where Cain was the keynote speaker.
According to the Grio, the right wing extremist to watch out for is a black man by the name of Apostle Claver Kamau-Imani. He is the chairperson of a right wing blog that I will not name here for fear that he will get a hit from our readers and any other intelligent person out there that don’t want their thoughts bombarded with garbage from the right wing.
Kamau-Imaniwas speaking at the Houston rally with unparalleled venom toward the Democratic party and notable liberals within the party that you may be familiar with. Herman Cain hasn’t made a stance on his speech condemning or condoning his message that cautioned black folks from aligning themselves with “Al ‘Shakedown’ Sharpton” and Cornel West. He called West “a bald face gap tooth liar.” He said someone needs to get in their face and call them liars…including “Jesse ‘Castration’ Jackson.”
He tried to make the point that Republicans are the liberators of African Americans and that we need to recognize that fact. But, his point falls flat on intelligent ears. Yes, Abraham Lincoln is essentially the father of the Republican party, but the transition of Lincoln’s liberal message to the Democratic party occurred after the Civil War when southern whites abandoned his anti-slavery platform that they felt put them at risk. Lincoln called on support of the northern Democrats to get behind killing slavery and the parties became separated by region making it the southern republicans against the northern democrats. Something called the “Southern Strategy” was born and it supported the ideas of enslavers for the southern republicans and thus a transition in the platform for each party.
NOW, check out his speech! He is a very confused brother. Somebody pray for him.
