People are jumping for joy all over the world after hearing that Qadafi was found dead. He was a decadent, tortuous, California curl wearing, dictator that the Libyan people couldn’t wait to get their hands on. But they aren’t the only ones! American comedians are having a field day on Twitter and everyplace else.
Twitter caught fire with jokes and other Qadafi, Gadaffi, Qadhafi, however you spell his name, rhetoric as soon as the video footage and other alerts came over the airwaves. According to The Wrap, comedian and actor Steve Martin tweeted: “Lunch with Gadhafi, cancelled” while Saturday Night Live’s Seth Meyers added: “And he was so close to making general #Gadhaffi.”
Actor and comedian Albert Brooks: “Gaddafi killed. Libyans rejoice. Just For Men stock plummets.” Later, “Just For Men releases statement: “We can lose Gaddafi, we still have Mubarak and Gene Simmons.”
