Marine Confronts NYPD During Violence Against Protesters (Video)

Sgt. Shemar Moore explodes on NYPD and demands that they stop the brutality against defenseless Americans.

It has been a month since the protesters have settled in all over the world to protest the Wall Street bankers that have essentially turned the world’s economy upside down.  Things in New York got a little violent over the weekend though as protesters were met with excessive force from New York’s finest.

Lawrence O’Donnell’s Last Word featured one Marine who was not going to take the NYPD’s brutality laying down.  He confronted the police and completely neutralized their actions with his words.  He gave an explosive speech to every police officer standing near protesters.

Sgt. Shemar Thomas told how he, as well as both of his parents, served in Iraq to protect the U.S. people and he comes home to NYC and he’s watching them attack defenseless people…defenseless Americans!  The very people they are supposed to protect!  He shouted at the officers over and over again, “There is no honor in this!”  Go Sgt. Moore!  We need more like you!  Listen to his moving speech!

  1. C’mon EUR, get it together over there!!!

The soldier’s name is Shemar Thomas (Army sgt.), and not Shemar Moore (the actor).

I commend this soldier’s stance against the NYPD, but I know his words are going to be used against him globally, when he says, “If you want to kill, then go to Iraq and Afghanistan”. Even though the mission was “peace keeping”, this will be fodder for international (muslim) journalist to stir up the pot. I personally support all our soldiers there, even though I don’t support the reason we’ve enter into conflict with these countries.

  2. Tremendous things here. I am very glad to look your article. Thank you so much and I am having a look ahead to touch you. Will you kindly drop me a mail?
