According to the New York Times, there is a groundbreaking vaccination on the horizon for those who just cannot get the monkey off their back. Other treatments for those addicted to cigarettes have not been that successful. There are people out there still wearing patches while they smoke.
Dr. Kim D. Janda, a professor at the Scripps Research Institute who is the mad scientist behind the development of the vaccine, has tried to develop the vaccine on marijuana, but he said it hides too well in the body. He’s made the vaccination his life’s work and is trying to find a way to make vaccinations that go across the spectrum, but for now he’s working on cigarette smokers.
