The devastation of September 11th is gone, but not forgotten. The U.S. made it very clear that it was not one to be messed with and was under heavy security, especially at the airports. But, once the people leave the airport is the problem. TSA screens them and then they go nuts on the plane. The content of the luggage is the only thing that can be scanned. We have to find a machine that scans the brain.
According to the Huffington Post, two flights were escorted by two military fighter jets from Denver into Detroit and from Los Angeles into New York City. The flight into Detroit was a Frontier Airlines flight that had a couple passengers spend an unusual amount of time in the bathroom. The American Airlines flight into NYC experienced the same. The passengers, two from Iraq and one from Russia, were detained and cleared.
But my question is this, “Why would anyone do anything out of the ordinary on an airplane on SEPTEMBER 11th?” They are begging for trouble and they know it. If it were me, I would’ve been scared to ask for peanuts or even go within 50 miles of an airport today. There will be no flying for me on September 11th…EVER! Read more here.
