The best day of a teenagers’ life is walking across that first stage into the rest of their life at high school graduation. But while a young football star was able to cross the stage, he didn’t make it much further than that. A simple altercation in a parking lot for the graduation ended up in the young man’s talent and life being taken in one fell swoop.
According to Yahoo! Sports, 19-year old Isaya Muller was the star of his football team in NYC at Harry S. Truman High School. He had a golden season setting a career rushing record of 290 yards and two touchdowns in the last game to lead his school to victory. But last week, all of that would be squashed just hours after his graduation in a senseless fight over a bottle of cologne that his father believed was stolen from his car. The cologne was a graduation gift from his dad and was sitting on the backseat.
His father accused the attendants of stealing the cologne and began to argue with the attendants. When his son saw his dad in a fury arguing with them, he jumped out of the car to see about him and a fight ensued. The attendants somehow ended up fatally stabbing the graduate in his chest and arm. His father, girlfriend, and mother rushed him to a clinic 10 blocks away, but he still lost his life.
