The LAPD and NYPD can’t get all the credit for beating the hell out of their city’s residents anymore. Now Phoenix police department wants in on the action. But, if it weren’t for a fellow cop on the Phoenix police department, no one would’ve ever known about a 15-year old girl who was slammed into a concrete wall and then, subsequently, to the ground by a Phoenix officer.
The cop, Patrick Larrison, slammed the girl after she got away from a tussle with her mother. According to Phoenix’s Channel 3 News, the girl was drunk and had been in a fight with one of her teachers at school. Her mother tried to get the girl and calm her down, but she ends up pounding her mother in the face and getting away from her.
All of this happened in January, but it’s coming out now because whoever videotaped the incident put it up on YouTube and another officer was so alarmed when he saw it, he submitted it to police. Check it out! You’ll say “Daaaaaammmn!” too.
