The next time you decide to get on the subway, bus, walk down the street, or anything else that pertains to public transportation, make sure you have a good song in your iPod. The reason I’m saying this is because you may get into your music so deeply that the rest of the world ceases to exist when you start to groove to your sounds.
The folks on D.C.’s Metro train were privy to a New York Broadway show on their way home. We don’t know what homeboy is listening to on his mp3, but it appears to be a track from the Fame soundtrack (the original movie). It’s almost as if you can see him auditioning for Debbie Allen and she’s yelling at him to “work!” Well, he certainly is not disappointing her, but she still would not give him the green light to attend the school of performing arts.
But, he should’ve thrown a hat on the floor to collect a little change. He did get a little applause. That probably made his day.
Check him out.
