Reporter May Have Had Stroke During Post Grammy Commentary

Serene Branson suffers a communication breakdown during report.

We all have had moments when we trip over our words during a discussion, but were able to recover and say exactly what we meant.  But, one reporter, after the Grammys, was reporting on the night when suddenly her language started with just a slip of the tongue, but then graduated to the sound of a record playing backwards.  She spoke so seamlessly, as though nothing was wrong, but was totally incoherent.

According to AOL’s Popeater, Serene Branson is clearly having some sort of breakdown.  Either she is battling Tourette’s syndrome or she had, what many believe to be a stroke.  She started the report sounding with effortless delivery and ended the same way, but with her words seeming to come out backwards.  CBS has offered the best explanation they can at this time saying:

Serene Branson was examined by paramedics on scene immediately after her broadcast. Her vital signs were normal. She was not hospitalized. As a precautionary measure, a colleague gave her a ride home and she says that she is feeling fine this morning.”

Watch her report and tell us what you think.
