Video: Gi-normous Blue Whale Washes up on Cali Shore

A lot of things wash up on shore at the beach, but how many times have you heard of one of them being a blue whale?  The whale washed up on a beach in Bean Hollow State Park near Pescadero where students were privy to a rare find. The gi-normous blue whale and its fetus were laying on the shore.  The sight was so overwhelming hardly anyone thought to ask, “Hey! How did this happen?”

The whale weighed in at 75 tons and 80 feet in length.  A park ranger that was interviewed said that this was the first time in 30 years that a whale had washed up on the shores this way.  The entire incident is rare and also mysterious.  But reports on Wednesday concluded that the whale died from “blunt force trauma.”  And there’s nothing that can knock a blue whale out except an oceanliner.  An investigation is pending and they are probably leaning toward someone’s cruise ship or something that size.  Check it out:
