On Christmas day last year there was an attempted plane bombing by a young Nigerian man. The media told us that it was, once again, a terrorist act on behalf of Islam and its relentless movement to bring the U.S. to its knees…right? Well, Imam Abdul Alim Musa of D.C. was interviewed on The Middle East Media Research Institute (MEMRI) channel where he gave up convincing information regarding the U.S. government’s involvement in its own alleged terrorist acts.
Imam Musa explained that the Islamic belief is that 90% of the bombing plots are orchestrated by and with the help of the U.S. government. The two reasons he gives is: to control the American people; and put a freeze on the Islamic movement. The interview included another panelist Jack Goldstone who hails from George Mason University’s School of Public Policy. He tried to jump in and refute or agree to disagree on points, but he seemed to have difficulty formulating a response. Goldstone did interject once referring to a lot of Imam Musa’s findings as conspiracy theory. But it’s really hard to detect the fine line between conspiracy theory and truth these days.
Check out the full interview and let us know what you think. Do you think that the U.S. could be killing two birds with one stone by setting up its own people in an effort to dismantle Islam and control the American climate of thought? Before you answer, listen to the historical references Imam Musa gives in his explanation.
