Video: Black Woman Throws Acid in White Woman’s Face

This incident is bizarre to say the least.  A woman, Bethany Storro, 28 had just moved to Vancouver, Wash., from Idaho for a new job and a fresh start according to MSNBC.  She went to the shopping mall to pick up a fresh pair of shades when, allegedly, a black woman walked up to her and said, “Hey pretty girl, do you want to drink this?”

She then threw some sort of corrosive liquid into her face and ran off.  According to, the police gave a vague description:  “a black woman between 25 and 35, who wore a green shirt and khaki shorts…She had medium-length black hair that was pulled back.”

But the woman and her family are in good spirits.  She even saw the good in her purchase of the sunglasses just prior to the incident. She believes that the glasses saved her sight by protecting her eyes.

Check out Storro and her family here:

  1. Not to justify what has been done to this poor woman, however, something could have went on prior to this horrible incident especially since there is another story being told on the (media) news. She gave a good description for someone she doesn’t know who was in her face for a matter of seconds and throws acid that’s enough to blow your memory once you have recovered. There’s a hole in this story and I believe that if you’re goning to tell a story for whatever reason being tell a complete story. SMH!

  2. I am an African American woman believes that no matter what color a person’s skin or how they look, doing something like this is just mean and sick!
