American Idol is much more than what we might think. Some of the contestants are really looking to make a better life for themselves aside from the Hollywood dream. There are people really struggling and this is their only way out. Ms. Angela Martin is the latest contestant on the show with real tragedy and on a quest for hope through the show. Her mother has been missing since the day after Christmas and no clues, not even her abandoned car, has given the police anything to go on.
The worst part of it is that this is not her first appearance on the show. She’s gone to Hollywood two other times. She came back, relentlessly though even after her father was brutally murdered during her first trip to Hollywood. Then, the second time, she had to quit the show because she had to go to traffic court. So, the next qeustion you might ask yourself is what exactly is going on at home. Is there some kind of criminal lifestyle that will be exposed later on in the show as she climbs through the weeks of the show.

I really loved the top 5 American idol group song last night. It was sad to see Aaron Kelly eliminated however I believe the others were better hence he needed to go!

I see American Idol winner Lee has just signed up to RCA records. I cannot wait to buy his upcoming album.

I consider Donald Trump would be a better American Idol judge compared with Harry Connick Jr. – Trump is not at all afraid to voice what he thinks and can be as controversial as Simon Cowell.
