Viagra Being Replaced with Shockwaves?

Viagra may be on its way out the door with the resounding effects the new shockwave therapy has had on its participants in a study.  The trial treatment is being reported in the UK’s Daily News as “pain-free.”  So far there has only been 20 participants, but the men saw results so convincing that 15 of them were able to get rid of their pills.

The process involves shockwaves administered into the body that result in rejuvenated blood vessels.  It’s being studied in Israel, but with all the freaks that live in the U.S., it will assuredly hit the shores of the U.S. very soon.  This treatment has long been used for treating kidney stones to break them down and empty them via urine.

This study could also be instrumental in the treatment of heart problems.  Experts now believe that there may be a link between erectile dysfunction and early signs of heart disease.  Read here for more information on the study.  In the meantime, don’t go turning up Whitney Houston, Teena Marie, or Janet Jackson for shockwaves…it doesn’t work like that.
