Hospital Staff Gets Creative with Breast Cancer Awareness (Video)

breast cancer dance video2

Breast cancer awareness has never been so festive.  It’s like breast cancer awareness meets Mamma Mia! or something.  The new viral video you may have seen on the pink glove campaign has garnered over five million hits.  Now that’s important because “all things medical” giant Medline, agreed to put up “a huge contribution to [Providence St. Vincent Medical Center in Portland, Or.], as well as offering free mammograms for the community” according to the e-mail circulating with the video.  And it appears they have made good on their word and gave a major donation to the hospital.

By the way ladies, don’t forget to get a mammogram and administer regular self exams.  Now!  Check out the staff at St. Vincent and enjoy:

  1. I LOVE THIS VIDEO! I’m a breast cancer survivor and thriver. Just found this DVD “The Path of Wellness & Healing” at a conference and it’s the best resource i have EVER seen for anyone with breast cancer or their families. My husband was given SO MANY BOOKS and who has the time to read when you’re dealing with something like this? This DVD is a one-stop shop that walks you through the entire bc experience with celeb survivors like MELISSA ETHERIDGE, Sheryl Crow, Christina Applegate, plus bigtime doctors like Deepak Chopra and Dean Ornish. So educational and inspiring.

  2. Many people have been touched by and really care about the fight against breast cancer. Losing someone to any form of cancer is just devastating. This brought tears of joy and put a smile on my face! 🙂
