Apple is giving out early Christmas presents with the new “Beatthetraffic” Application that they’re offering as a free download at Apple’s App Store. The app is supposed to be an all around “crowd control” device that will keep you from running into traffic in 100 cities in the US and Canada.
Included in the application is real-time traffic camera photos in 33 cities that give you optimal traffic control. The app also combines weather and traffic information that you can personalize to your area. It also offers mapping and graphics for the area so that you know what volume of traffic is on your route.
