The sheriff in Fort Collins, CO. is looking for some “get back” with the Henne family after what he’s calling a “stunt” they pulled last week. They said their son was in the balloon that took flight from their home and had the whole county and federal agencies ready to step in if they couldn’t get the balloon down.
The child was obviously not in the balloon when it finally came down to the ground. The crews on the scene were looking frantically for a child to be crumpled up somewhere from falling out of the balloon, but then it was found that he was never in there at all. He was hiding in their garage.
Now the sheriff’s newest information is that the family was preparing to be paid to take part in a reality series. The sheriff is now looking at felony charges. Read more details here.
