A Michigan woman, Lisa Snyder, is being harassed by the state government for running what they are calling an “illegal” daycare.
No money exchanges hands and she is not soliciting children to her home, yet she’s running an illegal daycare according to Michigan.
This woman simply thought she would help another mother get off to work on time by allowing her to leave her children with her till their bus came for school. How many, by a show of hands would be jobless if people like her did not exist? That many, huh?
This has got to be the dumbest legal loop hole ever. It’s as though someone in her community has it in for her. The technicality they have dug up suggests that she’s rubbed a stupid neighbor the wrong way. The Department of Human Services admitted that she was reported to them by a neighbor who thought there was an illegal daycare situation going on in her home.
The victim even posed the argument to the Department of Human Services that if the woman’s children were at her house for a playdate would they consider that a daycare? She said YES! Crazy right? As long as the child is at your home and the parents are not at their home or in close proximity then you are providing daycare.
The case gets more ludicrous. Read here while I call Pam, ShayShay, Peaches, Shaneka, Lorda and Tweety to go pick their kids up. They all live in Detroit and if they roll up on their “daycare provider” Monica … it’s gonna be some shiznit!

Aren’t there true crimes out there they can investigate like…stealing, childa abuse, murder???. what is so sad is the very people who want to prosecute this woman and the person who reported her probably grew up with a neighbor watching them!!! they probably have people watch their children from time to time!

Aw, this was a very nice post. In idea I want to put in writing like this moreover ?taking time and actual effort to make an excellent article?but what can I say?I procrastinate alot and certainly not seem to get something done.
