Couple Jailed for Selling Stolen Goods on eBay … and Telling Dr. Phil

This is one of those stories where you say, “Please Father, if ever I’m this dumb on Earth, take me Lord!  Take me right here! In this place! Right now!”  And you hope that the heavenly gates will open up for you.  These two dummies (thank you for that one Fred Sanford)Matthew Allen Eaton, 34, and Laura Renee Eaton, 26, representin’ San Marcos, Calif.,  got on the Dr. Phil show and said, “Yeah man!  We go and get that stuff out the sto’ and sell it on eBay.”

Even as I write this, I’m not getting  anymore enlightened on WHY someone would get on national television and say that they were shoplifters and they PRESENTLY are selling the stuff they lifted from the store on eBay for thousands per week.  They sound like they think that this would be accepted as just being entrepreneurial.  Dr. Phil can appreciate that right?  NO.  And the story gets even deeper … this is probably why officials came and picked them up.  Read here for the conclusion to this madness.
