The secret service is supposed to cover the President his family and some staff considered to be detrimental to the administration. But, after the President’s term has passed, what happens then?
What is protocol? Well, did you know the President can sign up for EXTRA PROTECTION? Sorta like Secret Service insurance, but you and I foot the tab.
The Bush twins were so bad during Bush’s administration Bush signed them up for the extra protection, so his poor ”Twins Gone Wild” are still being protected for an “undisclosed” amount of time. Not only that, by law, Bush is to be protected for 10 years. Now when does the 10 years start is my question. When he was in office?
Now as far as Cheney is concerned, President Obama felt sorry for this fool and extended him Secret Service benefits as well. We assume he thought the threat was pretty high to Cheney’s life. Hell, the guy he shot in the face during the hunting trip has his wife looking for him as we speak.

If it were left up to me, Bush and Cheney would have to complete a year long Survivor episode on the island of my choice where it is imperative they are subjected to an hour of water-boarding each day before they start the rest of the “festivities” I have planned for their day.
