YOU NEVER GET THE STORY RIGHT!!!! The woman that suited McDonalds did not take the lid off of the cup, it was never securely placed on the cup in the first place.... As a result, when Stella placed the cup between her legs, the top popped completely off, & the HOT coffee cause second & third degree burns to her legs.... PEOPLE; Don't believe the hipe, research what REALLY HAPPEN, from the court transcripts. Then & only then will you understand why the jurors awarded her the recovery they did.
