New Orleans' Mayor Ray Nagin
The mayor of the embattled city of New Orleans, Ray Nagin, has been quarantined in China because it appears that he was seated next to a person who was coughing and choking and being flu-like.
The symptoms the passenger exhibited were like those associated with swine flu. He was there for an economic conference, hopefully, to find out how he could help the city more.
