There has been constant controversy over what is torture and what is not torture as it pertains to the U.S.’s treatment of its prisoners at Guantanamo Bay.
It appears that one particular form of torture known as “waterboarding” seems to violate the Geneva Conventions, but Bush, in 2001, said, “Take the gloves off! All is fair in war!” (loosely translated)
Waterboarding is a form of torture that involves a person being held down while water is poured over their nose and mouth.
The process sounds and looks harmless enough, but as we will see here, popular conservative Chicago morning show host, “Mancow”, underwent waterboarding to fulfill a dare that Keith Olbermann proposed for ultra conservative talk show host and national idiot Sean Hannity, who insists that waterboarding is NOT torture .
Olbermann said if Hannity would go through with the “treatment” he would donate $10,000 to Veterans of Valor. But of course Hannity never went through with it.
Mancow showed up and delivered the goods for Hannity though. They are good friends. He lasted all of six seconds during the waterboarding treatment. That’s as far as he could go. He says it’s absolutely torture.
