We’re not necessarily sure what is happening here, but we do know that the man is at an event, he’s naked, and he’s being disciplined by the police. Before they do what they have to do, they practically beg him to put his clothes back on, but he ain’t havin’ it. He just wants to be free to show his stuff. Only problem is … po’ fella ain’t got nothin’ to show.

wowo – a little over ration on the part of the police – I’d say. They could have just arrested him and been done with it- I can not see how the htree cops could nothave handcuffed him and that would have been that.

Three LARGE cops can’t subdue one sexually under-sized man. Why arrest him? Judging from the video even while naked he had nothing to expose!
