i think the 12 year old deserves to go to prison for 40 years or more. and the parents should also be accountable for leaving a 12 year old in the house taking care of the 4 kids.

I agree, the parent should be held accountable. A 12 year old child should not be responsible for an infant…crazy!

This is very unfortunate, but the reality of it is that you can not leave children in the care of older children. A twelve year old is still very much a child and should not have to care for several young children.
