
For those of us that have loved ones battling the debilitating disease Alzheimer’s this is a very important report. Scientists at University of Michigan and UCLA – San Diego have found that there are cells in the brain that are absorbing too much calcium which results in memory loss and brain cell damage.
The brain cell membrane had been believed to thin, but this report has proven that “amyloid-beta peptides create pores in brain cell membranes.” That is a major discovery that has stopped a controversial science from being repeated and now they can move forward with this new information…hopefully.
