This is one for the books. I’m wondering if anyone else out there has sought damages for their “condition” and received it. But, what’s the use trying to beat that dead horse when he or she doesn’t have any money in the first place. Well, when you’ve been “infected” by a big money maker it appears that the course of action is to sue.
The 77-year old owner of Redmond Products Inc., that made the extremely popular Aussie products (that has since been purchased by Proctor & Gamble) gave Herpes to his 56-year old girlfriend. The report claims that he knew he had herpes for 25 years, yet never disclosed it to her.
But now that she’s won her settlement it may set the stage for a lot more people to seek “damages” for such an offense. If it were you, what would you do? Check out the details before you answer that.
