I think it was a great article and the analogies were right on target. There is inequity in the justice system in terms of sentencing. Whites have been found guilty of crimes of murder, if you remember the Vincent Chin case in Detroit and serve no time or very little.
Public figures that have been found guilty of many instances of corruption continue to hold office or pay very little in fines or jail time.
The one element that factors in with Kwame and O’Jay that I have to fault both of them for is know when to keep a low profile and not compound a bad situation that truly you have created for yourself. As the article said truly put your family first over pride, money or anything else.

I really do feel sorry for OJ and especially his friend. His friend should have known better than to mix with OJ and his mess knowing that OJ has a omen in his life. But 33 year sentence is such a loooong time. Even waiting 9 years hoping for probation is too long for someone his age. Child molesters get locked up for less time than that. They gave him way too much time. Isn’t there enough brothers in jail already? Do you watch 48hours the detective show that’s REAL? ALL the arrest on the show are black (mainly) or latino . How is it that blacks are such a small percentage in America, but the prison population is flooded with AF men. Wake up brothers!! No matter how much money or fame you have, you are still put in a seperate catagory. Don’t get to comfortable.

Hey what’s wrong with this idiot? Doesn’t he know 1time you fooled us shame on us, but the 2nd time !!!Fool go to jail, do not collect 200 dollars, mostly for stupidity. Why wouldn’t he get under a rock and stay there afer going thru all the publicity and trials for those murders? If not for some peace of mind then for his kids that have to deal constantly with an ignoramous for a father and all that comes with him!
