Christians in India seem to get the same police service as some blacks have reported in America. A nun was recently raped and paraded naked in the streets while police simply looked on giving the woman no assistance. Now, they’re wondering why she doesn’t want to file a report of the horrendous crime. She saw the police watch her be victimized by a crowd of men. So, she’s going to the federal authorities to seek justice. Throughout the world, nuns have been experiencing this same crime, but at the hands of their own. Many reports of nuns being raped by priests have surfaced over recent years. But, this situation appears to be cultural. The christian presence in this community of Orissa is not welcomed.
